Integral Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities for the facilities provide added value in future development and in maximum projects’ profitability. Our Operation & Maintenance (O&M) plan is adapted to the requirements of the customer premises, including services such as surveillance, cleaning of photovoltaic modules, maintenance, land and roads clearing, procedures to eliminate deviations in the scheduled production of wind power generation, preparation of periodic reports with the summary of the recorded values ​​and corrective actions, study of results and regulatory and environmental monitoring. A well-planned maintenance improves the productivity of the facilities.

In the case of heating and electrical installations, the personnel from Ríos Renovables make a complete inventory of the facilities of their customers. Knowing the components, we develop a maintenance plan tailored to each facility, fulfilling current regulations and requirements of our customers.
